Notice of Annual General Meeting - Saturday 16th May 2026

The Bardsey Island Trust’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday 16th May 2026 at Plas Heli, Pwllheli, LL53 5YT, with the formal business commencing at 10.30am. Following the formal business, a talk will be given by our special guest, Malcolm Hastings

We will also be offering a hybrid option to Trust Members via Microsoft Teams. If you wish to attend either online or in person, please email post@enlli.org.

Election of Trustees 2026

We are accepting nominations for a Trustee with extensive financial and accounting experience, ideally within a charity, for election at this AGM. If you are interested in becoming a Trustee and have the required skills and experience please email post@enlli.org.

The Trust Office must receive all nominations, together with the name of the proposer, seconder, and signature of approval from the person nominated by Friday 3rd April 2026.

Please note: Those standing for election as trustees must be members of the Bardsey Island Trust and provide a concise bilingual statement about themselves and why they want to become a Trustee of the Bardsey Island Trust (max 150 words), which will be circulated to Trust members (together with the voting information should there be a need for elections).
